Accessing eAIM and Logging In

Users who have been activated by the eAIM System Administrator can sign in to eAIM using the email address and password they provided during that registration process. Note:  During the log in process, if the system displays a screen indicating “Your account has been disabled. Please contact eAIM support at eaim@faa.gov”, send an email message to the System Administrator and request activation of your user account.

Starting eAIM and Logging In

To Start the eAIM System and Log In:

  1. Open your FAA-approved internet browser (either MS Edge or Google Chrome).

  1. Enter the eAIM URL (https://eaim.faa.gov) into the browser’s address field and press the <ENTER> key.

The system displays the initial "pre-login" eAIM Home Page with the "Login" link. This is the system’s default landing page and will always open when an internet browser shortcut is used.  Note: Bookmark the link if needed.

  1. Click the "Login" link on the eAIM Home Page OR Click the Log in link displayed at the top right corner of the screen within the application banner.

The system displays the first of a series of FAA MyAccess Login screens.

  1. Log into the system using your Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Card OR Log in using your email address and password.

 

Logging Out

To Log Out of the System:

Click the Log Out link displayed within the top right corner of the window in the eAIM system banner.  The system logs you out and re-displays the Login screen.

 

Session Time-out

After a 15-minute period of system inactivity, the system will start displaying the Session Time-out Counter message box.  After five-minutes, the system will log you out, displaying the message “Your session timed out.  Please log in again”, as well as displaying a Login link which will open the Login screen.
