eAIM User Account and FAA MyAccess Setup

For FAA Users: FAA personnel do not need to perform MyAccess setup and eAIM registration but must have a previously authorized eAIM user account that has been activated by the eAIM System Administrator before they can log in. If you try to log in using FAA MyAccess and cannot log in, send an email to recipient eaim@faa.gov, or you can email the eAIM Technical Support help desk or call at 1-844-FAA-MYIT (1-844-322-6948). Refer to “Accessing eAIM and Logging In” for the eAIM user procedures supporting this process.
