The Economic Authority and Insurance Management (eAIM) system is an online system for managing aircraft accident liability insurance certification required by Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Part 205 and Air Taxi Operator registration and amendments under 14 CFR Part 298. You can use eAIM to submit the following Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST) forms to the Federal Aviation Administration:
  • OST Form 4507 - Air Taxi Operator Registration and Amendments and Filing Fee for an initial registration through Pay.gov
  • OST Form 6410 - U.S. Air Carriers Certificate of Insurance, and
  • OST Form 6411 - Foreign Air Carriers Certificate of Insurance.
